Exchanges
Our priority is to ensure your complete satisfaction and to make your shopping experience enjoyable. Please carefully review our exchange policy before making a purchase. By buying from us, you agree to the following terms.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, the wrong size, or not what you ordered, you can return it for an exchange.
To start the exchange process, email us at taanabaanachikankari@gmail.com for instructions and the return address, or use the Exchange form included in your parcel to send the item back.
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges are only accepted within 10 days of delivery.
The returned item must be in its original condition: undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, with all labels and tags still attached, and in its original packaging.
Make sure to include the original receipt or invoice with your return.
We do not offer reverse pickup services. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us, and any return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Exchanges are only for a different size of the same item. We do not accept exchanges for different designs or products. Please review all product details and photos before ordering.
We do not accept exchanges for earrings or accessories.
Refunds

Exceptions
If we cannot provide your purchased item in the required size or cannot fulfill the order due to other issues, we will issue store credit. This credit is valid for 1 month and must be used within that time to make a purchase.
